faulty phone missing slippers
the air conditioning worked well, and that was acceptable.
the phone in my room was not working, so i could not contact reception easily. there were also no slippers in the room. i expected more amenities for the price i paid and had some difficulty getting assistance due to the faulty phone.

friendly staff helpful service luggage storage barren room french books lack of crockery
the staff where friendly. they are really accommodating. i also liked that they held our luggage for us. this was really helpful, i am grateful.
the room i stayed in were barren of decorations. i only found two french books. there was no crockery despite there being a kettle and coffee machine. i saw no pods or tea bags, a shame indeed.

spacious suite mini kitchen no water broken phone
The suite was spacious with a balcony. i borrowed umbrellas when needed. It was good. it had also mini kitchen with a kettle and fridge.
i didn't get water in my room. i also didn't get bathrobes or slippers. hotel charged for early check in. phone weren't working in room.

helpful staff good location nice balcony missing tea thin walls unavailable tv
the location was good a short walk to attractions. the staff was helpful with directions. the room size was generous it included a nice balcony.
there were no available tea bags in the room upon arrival. the room lacked a tv. the walls were thin noise from other rooms was noticeable.
